Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or change your order if the following occurs.

1.) The goods you have ordered are manufactured, made to measure or custom made to your specifications or requirements as we are unable to re sell them. 2.) Where the customer has supplied incorrect measurements. The Curtain Girl will remedy any of its errors and defects in workmanship at no additional cost to the customer. Where the customer is at fault, and The Curtain Girl can correct the error, then the customer shall be liable for freight charges and The Curtain Girl costs to alter the product(s).

Do you accept change of mind returns?

You may not change an order unless agreed in writing. Once the order has been placed and material is cut, we are unable to change your order without incurring additional costs.

When can I return an item that I am not happy with?

The Curtain Girl guarantees that all goods sold to you will, in all material respects be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the date the goods were delivered to you.

If a defect arises within the 24-month period, you are entitled to return the goods to us provided you have contacted us via email, telephone or written letter posted to 20 Norton Road, Frankton, Hamilton 3210 - giving us details of the defects. The Curtain Girl LTD will repair or replace the goods and deliver the goods back to you free of charge.

What condition must the items be in to be accepted for return?

You must ensure that the item is unused and in its original branded packing and in a new and unused condition. And that all manufacturing labels are attached, and the goods adequately packed to avoid damage on their return to us.

How can I show proof of purchase?

Enclose a copy of your purchase order or copy of the invoice.

What items are not eligible for a return?

Any products you have purchased from The Curtain Girl LTD that has. 1.) Gone passed our two-year guarantee on materials and workmanship. 2.) Where customers have given incorrect measurements for products ordered. 3.) Products that have been altered or repaired by another company other than the Curtain Girl LTD.
